All the trenches in the Mall were made to find that Something. Separate quests can deal with the letter the Lone Wanderer found near the bridge in the grave that someone long ago wrote that when the author in hiding observed the Mutants actions, he was sure their digging and constructs were done to find something. If Vault 87 has the cloning facility, when and if ever Nylus can get the damn Death Ray fixed, Vault 87 can be obliterated ending the threat once and for all. The Supermutants can finally be dealt with. With the funds infused by House, it and a newly expanded Erebus can be made the new super research facilities. Dr Li and the others in the Institute in Boston can be part of a new TSC Research facility. Modify the Council Chamber so his avatar robot can have a seat. House can even be made a member of the council. Use the Olympus' robot factory and make some of Hughes/House robots with the new weaponry. Hughes told of his dream of going to the stars in NV and now there is a ship to make it possible saving a century of development. Perhaps Bethesda can make it possible to move from one principal to another. Will the Crimson Rose be a villain and can Smith deal with her machinations? There is the opportunity for new and old companions, and joint quests. There's Irons' BoS group that will have to be dealt with. Even if its only 500 miles it can be in transporter range of Las Vegas, DC, Boston and Pittsburgh where all the action has been. It will require the MZ crew mod and perhaps they can discover some fuel and actually fly the ship. It will mean a new game, but this one would be awe inspiring. Perhaps Bethesda can team up the Courier, the Lone Wanderer/Commander and the new guy in FO4. With the TSC mods to the DLC, it is a perfect link to NV and the Commonwealth. What I especially would like is some kind of settlement, even if prewar and abandoned, that justifies the rail tunnel that leads to Pittsburgh. And if we could port sources from Vegas with the mesh stipulation, at least those of us with New Vegas could see pick up trucks, corn farms, etc, etc. In other words, the Wasteland got worse on at least one level of magnitude since James went into Vault 101. What about us, or just me, doing the reverse? That way we can create farmstead communities, maybe refugees (I assumed that the Wasteland used to be far more populated, but the supermutants coming out of 87 in full force extinguished any tribal and the farming communities became refugees, mostly going north and west instead of down to Megaton and Rivet City.) In other words, there used to be a lot of communities like Girdershade, and Girdershade used to be a lot bigger but they dried up because raiders got desperate and supermutants make it almost impossible to make a decent living in the last decade and a half. There's a Fallout 3 DLC conversion pack that doesn't have meshes but uses stuff from Fallout 3 DLC in New Vegas. Tl:dr - im actually having to make some hard choices, this is off the chain! just transitioned to power armor.I have an idea, although I am trying to clear it with staff. Not keen on energy weapons, no skill in them and dont want to waste loot on gooification/disintegration. 3-6 shots per enclave-douche/ highlevel-supermutant hurts and my house supply is down to one more full days worth of ammo i usually try have 30 rounds with me when i leave the house. ive had to resort to actually BUYING ammo which i never did in vanilla/other mods and my. 308 rounds after all this time having never used any of it. sniper rifle would be amazing but so far i have a grand total of about 100. hunting rifle isnt quite cutting it anymore all this power armor makes its low critical damage a pretty pissweak choice but i cant find anything that can match it for range (with scope) and accuracy. Just got to level 12 (been playing like 5 days straight) and the enclave are here.
